Three customized data collection and triage applications for the Minnesota Partnership for Action Against Tobacco. Applications were developed to match client data collection criteria, maintain cross application data integrity, and be very versatile in order to accommodate client's future needs.

Role: Usability and information architecture consultation. Design interface graphics and layout. Code in XHTML, CSS and PHP, focusing on integration with PHP and database programming team.
